When you contact us or request a walkthrough, we collect the details you submit: your name, organisation, work email, the nature of your enquiry and anything you choose to write in the message field.

When you use the AGT Map platform, we process the locations, geometries and queries you submit in order to produce the analysis you asked for, together with account details managed by our authentication provider.

This website collects basic technical information (such as the pages requested and approximate region) for security and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your enquiry with third parties for their own marketing.

Locations, boundaries and parcel identifiers you submit are treated as your confidential business information. They are used to generate your output and to maintain your history within your account.

Where we use aggregate, de-identified usage patterns to improve coverage and model quality, that work never exposes an individual client's parcels, shortlists or queries to another client.

We use third-party providers for cloud hosting, authentication, mapping and imagery, email delivery and payments. Each processes information only on our instructions and under contract. A current list is available on request.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet statutory record-keeping requirements. Platform data is retained for the life of the account and deleted on request, subject to any obligation to retain records of work already delivered.

AGT Intelligence is certified to ISO 27001 alongside ISO 14001, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001:2015, and is appraised at CMMI Level 3. Access to client data is restricted on a need-to-know basis, encrypted in transit, and logged.
