Terms of Use
The terms on which AGT Intelligence Pvt Ltd provides this website, the AGT Map platform and the reports produced through it.
Last updated 25 August 2026
What AGT Map is
AGT Map produces a screening verdict on a location or parcel by combining public, licensed and proprietary datasets and applying a documented scoring system. It is decision-support software.
It is not legal title verification, a registered valuation, a survey, a statutory clearance, or investment advice. It is designed to tell you which parcels deserve those things, not to replace them.
Accuracy and coverage
Outputs depend on data published by third parties, including government departments, whose accuracy, currency and coverage vary by state and by source. Plot boundaries exist only where a state has mapped and released its records.
Each report states which questions it could not answer and why. A field reported as unavailable means the record could not be read. It does not mean the position is clear.
- Verify title, encumbrance and possession through a qualified advocate before transacting
- Confirm statutory permissions with the relevant authority before relying on them
- Treat scores and bands as a screen, not as a warranty of outcome
Acceptable use
You may use outputs for your own business decisions and for your clients' files. You may not resell, redistribute or republish bulk data or layers extracted from the platform, scrape the service, reverse-engineer the scoring system, or use the service to build a competing dataset.
Access credentials and API keys are issued to you and must not be shared outside your organisation.
Intellectual property
The platform, the scoring system, the combined data catalogue and the proprietary datasets remain the property of AGT Intelligence Pvt Ltd. Underlying third-party datasets remain the property of their publishers and are used under their respective licences. Locations, geometries and shortlists you submit remain yours.
Fees
Reports, credits, subscriptions and API access are charged as agreed in your order or engagement. Taxes apply as applicable in the jurisdiction of supply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AGT Intelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of a report without the independent verification described above. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific output in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
